I have a dvd that ive been waiting for that should have arrived by now by play.com.So i sent them an e mail and they respond with this,we have given your query ticket number, and then it says the number , and it ends with please note this number in any future correspondence in this matter. So what does this mean ?

I've never dealt with Play.com but most email complaint depts operate the same. The email sounds like the usual "We have received your email, assigned you a complaint number and someone will contact you very shortly" email that lets you know that they did receive your email. A receipt of sorts. So I would expect you would get an email from a CSA within 24-48 hours.

Well theyve finally answered back, they say if i dont recieve it by late wednesday to contact them, and theyll send another.
