Hey guys, I really hope this is the right place for this problem, sorry if its not. Also my knowledge of these things isnt something to be proud of...
Anyway, I got myself a new Microlab M-500 today. The thing is..5.1 doesnt work. I'm using Windows 7 64bit with onboard Realtek HD Audio, and NO MATTER what I do, it just wont work. When I connect the PC to the white/red 2-channel "PC" on the subwoofer, it works just fine. BUT, when I'm using the 5.1 channel on the sub and connecting it according to the colors (black for rear, orange for sub and green for front) it just screws up. When trying the audio test the speakers output a weird cracking noise, and nothing more.
I tried updating drivers, tried configuring it to 5.1 in Windows, nothing helped.
What am I missing here?
Thanks ALOT in advance.
