3 Ninety second film reels, got wet, now stuck together, where do I get them unstuck? (1 Viewer)

These are actually rolls, three of them. I got a hold of them about 15 years ago. They are labeled as a 90 second commercial spot for Coka Cola. Two are "flat" and one is "scope". Anyway about ten years ago our house flooded and these amoung other things got wet and now the film is stuck together. I'd love to get them unstuck and transferred to DVD or blu, anyone have an idea on this?

I thought about that but it is a relatively unimportant thing and didn't want to bother him on it. I'm not even sure if it is worth the cost either, we'll see I suppose.
