So, Sherrie's back and rummaging around a hacker's apartment.

Palmer's been usurped by the VP.

Jack is in place to pounce on Sherrie, trying to find the hacker who might have another backup of the source recordings that made the Cypress recording.

Why send Kate to pick up Kim, other than to sole reason to keep her in the story. Why couldn't Kim just have used the Police Radio, or better yet Just take the now free Police car. Also, why the hell would Kim, Knowing that Gary was at Large, go into the Matheson home without that cop? Why would the cop let her go in alone? How did Gary get the jump on an armed police officer? I know..suspension of disbelief...yada yada, but those things are clearly glaring Illogical elements

Kim had the "look" in her eye when she fired the second shot! Best Kim episode yet!

Sherry got what was coming to her.

Great episode overall.

I was asking that too. Somehow, I think after everything that happened this day she could wait till the light of day and a police escort to collect her stuff.

She also scrambled up that attic ladder and closed it in about 2.5 seconds - more accelerated "24" time I guess.

Yes, but the bigger question is who was in the tub with her? Clearly it was the mastermind behind the entire plot who will accompany Kate to pick up Kim. Upon seeing them, Kim will run. And run. And run some more. There will be a struggle, but a stranger with hidden but evil intentions will come to Kim's aid, and then lure her away to eventually run yet again. She'll get a cell phone. She'll speak to Jack. She'll shoot them all. Not once. Not twice. But thrice. And as the final minutes tick away toward this seasons cliffhanger, we'll be left with the most compelling mystery in television history. How long will Kim run? Who is she running from? And, most importantly, where is she going?

That's one of the rules of 24. If you are protecting a main character and you are standing outside, there is a good chance that you will be killed off screen.
