    Of course the silliest quote in that article comes from the other side of the argument: Wow. I live in New Zealand, where we regularly have to wait for a month or two for movies to be released (it's usually only the major worldwide-day-and-date releases that we get at the same time). Apparently that means I live in a third-world country.

    I feel for you Matthew and any other countries that are on a staggered release schedule.

    World wide releases would be the optimal approach.

    It's a hard life. I feel so deprived. Do you know, in addition to having to wait a month to watch Casino Royale, we also have to wait months to see TV shows - we only started the second season of Prison Break last night. I'm so envious of life in the US - Life sucks in the third world.

    Hey, it sucks here too. With everything opening here first we see a ton of crap before we even hear any reviews. That's why an awful movie gets a great opening weekend - because we're too dumb to wait. At least in New Zealand you'll never fall for that. [​IMG]
