If the Mets only get the one run in the top of the 19th...how much you wanna bet the Cards will score one run in the bottom of the 19th?

I'm with you and hope it keeps going.
Give me 30 innings.

I looked it up. The MLB record for innings is 26.

May 1, 1920 Dodgers (Brooklyn)/Braves (Boston). Ended in a 1-1 tie. Game called on account of darkness. Don't know why they wouldn't have resumed it some other day.

In a one-run game in the 19th inning, the Mets closer allows a leadoff walk?!?!?

...bringing up Albert Pujols.

OMG...they try to steal second base and he's thrown out?!?!?!?!

45 of the 50 available players have been in this game...

Pujols doubles and is now standing at third base after Lohse grounds out 6-3. 2 outs. Cards still down by the one run.

Then after the double Timmy Mac says, "McCarver said "Cards would have tied it, had he not run or been called safe at second ."

He is so dumb, they would have walked Pujols.

Hah! Lohse makes a catch in the outfield!

Mets are now up 2-1 as they head to the bottom of the 20th.

Can the Cards even it up again?

The Mets bring in Pelfrey to pitch the 20th. They have used 24 of their 25 players. The only one not used...Olido Perez--last night's starter.

Who's tomorrow's starter? Did he pitch tonight?

Can't believe the Braves got no-hit by the Rockies hard-throwing pitcher Ubaldo Jimenez Saturday night, the no-hitter was the first on in Rockies' history.

He's a very good starting pitcher that is the on verge of stardom. His stuff is pure nasty.

How about that? A no-hitter AND a 20-inning game in the same day.

I was catching that 20-inning game on and off, switching between that, hockey, and 2 episodes of 2 shows.

"McCarver once said. "I'm never satisfied until I prepare the way I prepare. If I go on the air and there's one thing I didn't know it's like, dammit, why didn't I know that?"

What??
