Still need:

Maverick - All seasons; but especially Seasons 1-3.
Batman '66
Star Trek - The Original Series Remastered on Blu-ray (Season 1 was released to HD-DVD/DVD combo discs; Seasons 2-3 to DVD only.)

Would like to see completed:
All in the Family (Only the first six seasons have been released.)
The Fugitive (Seasons 2-5 with original underscores.)

Almost all of the rest of the TV series I'm collecting these days are of series still in production (like Battlestar Galactica, Stargate: Atlantis, Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles, etc.); so there's no doubt that they will all come out in 2009.

For my list:

Batman (Adam West series)
Maverick - season sets
Bret Maverick - was only one season
Young Maverick - maybe with the couple of unaired episodes??
Sanford - Sanford & Son spinoff. Have all of the original seasons
Boston Legal - the fifth (and sadly) final season
The Practice (final season) - introduces the Boston Legal cast
Get A Life - Chris Elliot sitcom, two seasons

That would be enough to keep me happy for many, many months!

Mainly the remainder of "Green Acres."

Since it's been so many years since they released season 3, I'm pretty pessimistic about that ever happening.

The two highest priorites on my list are the remaining seasons of "King of the Hill", as well as a release for "Jake 2.0".

Of course, we can all dream abou the '66 "Batman" ;)

Well, I'd be happy if I could get two of the following list:

top picks

TJ Hooker Season 2 (very little chance)
Fall Guy Season 2 (only slightly more than TJ Hooker)
Bonanza (uncut full season sets put out by a real firm, probably no chance)
Scarecrow and Mrs. King (a chance)
Amazing Race (very doubtful)
Survivor (very doubtful)

would also like

Smurfs Season 2 (no cruddy 5 episode single discs)
Father Dowling Mysteries (no way)
Queen of Swords (better chance of the sun flaring out this year)

I would second the need for more Superboy, although Warner didn't like the sales of the season 1 set and has no plans to release the remaining sets at this time.

If you don't mind importing and have a multi-region player, most all of the Power Ranger seasons are available from Amazon.de in Germany. They come to about 40 bucks per set after shipping to the states and I've personally imported the first four seasons (didn't really follow the series past Zeo.) The DVDs come with an English stereo 2.0 track.

Likewise, I've imported some Japanese releases of the Super Sentai series from Amazon.jp complete with English subtitles - although an odd approach is being taken, releasing the earliest incarnations and latest releases and working inward to get to the late 80's/early 90's shows, which unfortantely means ZyuRanger - (the show the original MMPR was based on) - will be one of the last released.
