So much good stuff out, so I'll only choose four. Four small B/W 50's war movies:

Two hammer films that I have high hopes of Columbia releasing;

The Camp On Blood Island
Yesterdays Enemy

Two P.O.W. movies;

Albert R.N.
Danger Within

My movie list is small vs TV/DVD wants. There's 2 movies I've wanted on DVD - not yet available:

I walk Alone (1948) Burt Lancaster, Kirk Douglas, Lizabeth Scott (Paramout)
The Brass Bottle (1964) Tony Randall, Burl Ives, Barbara Eden (Universal)
Ths one has a VHS release

Matthew's post reminded me of non-Anamorphics (& 1.33:1) that I'd like to see re-issued:

AIR FORCE ONE ('97) (I passed on the superbit edition)
ANGELS IN THE OUTFIELD ('94)
CONTACT ('97)
DEAD MEN DON'T WEAR PLAID ('82)
HIGH PLAINS DRIFTER ('73)
JACK THE GIANT KILLER ('62)
JOE KIDD ('72)
LILIES OF THE FIELD ('63)
MAID TO ORDER 1.33:1 ('87)
NEW YORK, NEW YORK ('77)
ROOSTER COGBURN AND THE LADY ('75)

I'd love re-masterings of
EXECUTIVE DECISION ('96)
WARGAMES ('83)

Unlike everyone else, I could care less about The African Queen, moldy Busby Berkeley musicals, or bad Rocky Horror Picture Show ripoffs. I just want to see a complete Betty Boop set.

Just three movie titles left on my DVD wishlist:

One Eyed Jacks

On the other hand, my Blu-ray wishlist is getting longer...

Mostly the 1970's output-the decade that seems most neglected these days. With all the studios dipping into their usually clamped shut vaults recently I am picking films never before on video at all or only obscurely so. Upcoming from that lot are AGE OF CONSENT, FRIENDS F EDDIE COYLE, FOUR FLIES ON GREY VELVET all never released on U.S. video prior. My wish list for 2009:

THE OUTSIDER
ALL THIS AND WORLD WAR 2
AMERICAN HOT WAX (I know of the Fotomat version)
ALEX AND THE GYPSY
SUNDAY LOVERS
NOTHING LASTS FOREVER
FAST CHARLIE THE MOONBEAM RIDER
CHECKERED FLAG OR CRASH
LEADBELLY
ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE
FIVE DAY FROM HOME
VISIT TO A CHIEF'S SON
AT LONG LAST LOVE
LUCKY LADY
WW AND THE DIXIE DANCEKINGS
ALMOST SUMMER
DOWN THE ANCIENT STAIRS
STAIRCASE
THE BLUE BIRD
CRAZY JOE
ALEX AND THE GYPSY
DEALING
TAKING OFF
PLAY IT AS IT LAYS
WHY NOT?
DINNER FOR ADELE

Others that have been on video that I would love to see on DVD:

CITIZENS BAND
LOOKING FOR MR GOODBAR

As far as reissues are concerned, I have many, but I think the ones at the top of the list above all are:

Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair
Grindhouse (2007) - Theatrical Cut (with fake trailers)
The Game (1997)
True Lies (1994)
Demolition Man (1993)

You all have listed so many of my long-awaited titles, so I hope that Warners releases Volume 2 of their Esther Williams collection with MILLION DOLLAR MERMAID and DUCHESS OF IDAHO , a John Garfield Collection with AIR FORCE and THE SEA WOLF, and a Myrna Loy collection with her early, pre-code films, PENTHOUSE and THE PRIZE FIGHTER AND THE LADY.

And releases of MGM's silents too, such as THE MERRY WIDOW and LA BOHEME

I second the Esther Williams vol. 2 idea. Also, a not-public-domain set of Chaplin Keystones; Yolanda and the Thief (45); Rapture (65); and anything with Paulette Goddard or Robert Montgomery.

Even though it's an obscure movie for general audiences now, I'm still suprised W.W. and the Dixie Dancekings hasn't made it out yet. I thought for sure when Anchor Bay inked a deal with Fox, this would have been a shoo-in at some point. I still hope to see it- I remember it being a huge favorite of mine when it first played HBO (likely late 75/early 76) and I haven't seen it since. I trust my 8 yr olds sense of taste too because the only other HBO seen films I recall being infatuated with from that period were Phantom Of The Paradise, Paper Moon, and Prisoner Of Second Avenue.
Another title I forgot but would love to see is California Dreaming. What really bites is this was found in a list of 30 or so titles that BCI was in the process of negotiating the rights to before Navarre closed the label down.
Probably not a good time to be pining for esoteric content.

I don't give two shits out of a rat's ass about Esther Williams or anything else in this thread. I just want to see a Betty Boop set.

Well, I do care about Esther Williams, and I look forward to a second box-set. I'm quite sure Esther has more fans than Betty Boop.
