Good to see Weeds and Dexter get some love. In fact, Showtime has to be very happy with their showing this year.

They should just give Masi Oka the award now. I love Piven, but Masi is awesome.

Best Drama Series is going to be interesting, I watch 4 of the 5 shows and they're all great.

Two for Ugly Betty! Really happy for America, she gave a great speech, too.

I was really glad to see Kyra Sedgwick finally win this year. Out of the nominees, she stood head and shoulders above.

The night was full of surprises and the expected (Go, Mirren, Go!) It was great seeing Ugly Betty getting the recognition it deserves, but what was up with Vanessa Williams homage to the 70s?

Did you see Alec Baldwin's mock applause and excitement for Arnold when he came out? It was just a split second. Since I'm neither Republican or Democrat I thought it was funny and annoying at the same time. He's still great in everything he does.

Yes, I caught that, as well. I even mentioned that to my wife at the time. It was a classic Baldwin moment. I also liked Warren Beatty's line about asking Arnold to become a Democrat.

I'm still a little surprised Steve Carell didn't win for "The Office", got beat out by Alec Baldwin,hmmmm.... Does anyone know if John C. McGinley aka Dr. Perry Cox from SCRUBS has ever won a Golden Globe Award?

Personally, I thought Baldwin acted like a juvenile kid by doing that. I think he's a very funny guy(even though there's no way he should've won that award over Carell), but sometimes he's a little tough to take. Leave the politics at the door, Alec, it's a bloody awards show!

I think Alec was doing exactly what he was expected to do. Why else would they have put the camera on him at that time. As far as awards in the TV category, Golden Globes has had a history of giving awards to new nominees like Alec and Ugly Betty.
