Forget Missouri ;)

At least my Wildcats had one big win over Texas in them.
Texas/KU today.. after the way both played yesterday, I have to favor KU ... that was an absolute ass-whipping they put on Mizzou last night.

Oh well, how NC State could take a 21 pt halftime lead to a loss is beyond me. Duke and Maryland tomorrow, who would have thought. If Maryland was on the bubble for NCAA tournament looks like they'll be in now.

Halftime in ACC tournament and Maryland leads Duke by 2. Maryland has been kicking ass in this tournament.

With 18.5 seconds to go in OT and a 5 point lead, I'm calling it. The Maryland Turtles take the ACC Tourney in a great game.

Only a fool would put money inside the ACC this year.

Maryland took out the #3, #2, and #1 seeds to win the ACC. Congrats. This is going to be a tough year to fill out all the brackets in the NCAA tournament.

Good grief. Pitt dropped to a #3 seed?!! How does that work? They've lost a total of 4 games this year by a combined total of 10 points. They are definitely one of the top 8 teams. Give me a break.

(Now that I've said that watch them go and lose by the second round.)

Here's the NCAA Region breakdown.

I hate the new naming of the 4 region brackets.

Maryland went from being on the bubble to a 4 seed.

If Pitt doesn't stumble, they get St. Joe's 1 seed.

I was surprised to see GT get a 3 seed, though.

UNC and Duke in the same bracket.

Wisconsin got no love from the seeding committee.

The Pac-10 and the Big-10 only sent 3 teams each to the dance.

As Patrick pointed out, the Terps have gone from being a bubble team just a few weeks ago to a fourth seed. That's an amazing turn-around, and I think very well-deserved for winning the toughest conference in the country.

I don't know who I'm taking all the way this year, but I just can't do worse than last year...I did awful last year.

I think St. Joseph deserves to be a number 1 bad loss not withstanding.

The only thing wrong with this time of the year is that it'll be over.
Now this is something I can agree with right here.

For me this is the best part of the year, March Madness and the afternoon after the champion is crowned its opening day of baseball season.
