I am such a sucker for these type of threads. If anyone really cares, here are my top 10 DVD's. They aren't necessarily the best DVD's (some are), but they are the discs I absolutely could not wait to get my hands on and have watched repeatedly.

1. Casablanca
2. Chinatown
3. Body Heat
4. It's A Wonderful Life
5. A Little Romance
6. Double Indemnity
7. A Fish Called Wanda
8. The Last of Sheila
9. North by Northwest
10. Paper Moon

My list is similar to others here, mostly classics, musicals, Ben Hur and Lawrence of Arabia.

But my most watched disk, without question is:

The Heiress (recorded from TCM on DVD-R)

to the forum. My movie DVD list is small since I have most of what I have wanted to own already in my collection. I'm still looking for one to see an official release. I walk Alone (1948) / Burt Lancaster / Kirk Douglas / Lizabeth Scott

I might have an entirely different list tomorrow. A better question would be, what 50 (or even 100) DVDs would you replace? None of us would stop at 10 if we had to replace our libraries. :) Today's list, though. Lawrence of Arabia Lucky Star Wagon Master Yankee Doodle Dandy The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp Project A The Shop Around the Corner Diary of a Country Priest Swing Time The Lord of the Rings trilogy (three movies I'm counting as one)
