Keith Moon had a very prolific acting career in the 1970s.

Why don't you throw out some noms, Rice??
OK, I'll second Gregg Toland, as well as spell his name right. :p)

I nominated Fritz Lang when we only had one.

I also seconded Bernard Herrmann, but the nom was thrown out. I think it is back in now so I second him again.

You got that right! And I think his best is the work he did for Scorsese's version of Cape Fear. Beautiful and eerie at the same time, and a perfect compliment to the movie. I also love what he did on North by Northwest as well as many others!

I've lost track of the master list. Has Alec Guinness been nominated? If not, consider it done. If he needs a second, consider it done.
Alec Guinness was one of Dome's original seeds according to the list on page one of this thread.

Time out, everything's being noted right now. My other two tourneys are winding down really fast, and I'll be able to pour all of my energy into this and the hideous book I'm writing.

The list will be updated tonight, and from the looks of it, we're close to our goal of 128 participants.

The list has finally been updated, and we have 100 participants in the tourney, and we only need 20 more. I would like to make the recommendation right now that the HTF members should concentrate on seconding the nominations since we have some good names there.

By any strange chance we don't make the 120 by the 31st, I will auto second whatever the difference is based on the order in the list.

Everything's been noted. Ah, glad to see you back Vickie_M.

I'll go ahead and let you folks know that this will be the first tourney I'm doing where I'll actually be seeding the participants. Granted there's a crap load of artists here whom I don't even recognize, but I'll at least do my homework. I'll probably use the following for research

www.imdb.com
www.filmref.com
