DVD Player <$500 Need Suggestions

I'm looking to replace my aging Pioneer DV-414 which is starting to break down. I currently have a 36" Sony XBR but will be replacing with a Toshiba 57H82 soon. Progressive scan is a must, DVD-Audio is a plus but not required, single disc, and of course looking for best possible picture. My first thought was the Panny RP91 but I welcome all suggestions. BTW audio is carried by Denon 3801 to Diva speakers, thanks!

Pioneer DV45A. Progressive scan with DVDA and SACD.

the RP-82 is supposed to be ebtter than the 91 in most areas and much cheaper.
