Performance (1970)

Has anybody heard anything about this film being released on dvd? I'm not sure who owns it..but a possible Criterion release would be welcome.

A big bounce for this old thread to reiterate the OP's question: does anyone have any news? I'd heard that the BFI and Warners were doing sometthing together following the BFI theatrical re-release in the UK earlier this year. I know Warner's were never happy with this film but if they sanctioned the theatrical re-release then surely a DVD release must be on its way. Anyone?

According to DVD Empire, this is at long last getting a release on 13 February next year.
