IGNBOARDS now INSIDER ONLY?! (1 Viewer)

They must be desperate for money over at IGN... their message boards are now Insider only.

Gamecube IGN has gone almost 100% Insider Only. I find myself only checking them for late X-Box reviews.

I dropped the cash for a year's membership of INSIDER. I did so because I got information for free for the last 4 or 5 years from IGN, I figure why not help them now? So far there hasn't been much benefit. I've participated in the boards to see if I can get any value, but I guess I'm spoiled here with intelligent discussion and considerate membership.

I have downloaded the first 3 or 4 INSIDER PDF files but never have a chance to read them. It's too bad they don't just make that content as a restricted website and compile with the PDFs rather than keeping information restricted to the PDF files.
