I've purchased two Regasa "DVDs" from two reputable Spanish sources (The Macomber Affair, The Killer Is Loose) and both are DVDrs rather than pressed discs. Now, I have nothing against DVDrs, far from it. I have hundreds of MOD DVDrs from the Warners Archives and I'm happy to have them. But the Archives clearly state that they are exactly that. Nowhere does Regasa indicate that they are DVDrs.
In fact, one of the sources expressed shock that I had received a DVDr of The Killer Is Loose since he got his stock from his normal (reputable) dealer. He opened another copy of The Killer Is Loose that he had in stock and sure enough, it was a DVDr.
If I had known The Killer Is Loose was a DVDr I would have purchased it through the MGM MOD program. That being said, I'm happy to have the ultra rare The Macomber Affair which has never seen a DVD release though the print looks like a decent public domain transfer.

Thomas, thanks for that warning.
I bought the U. S. MOD of The Killer Is Loose - not a bad disc but not brilliant either. I thought The Macomber Affair had been released on DVD as part of a Hemingway box-set. Probably OOP now anyway.

You're probably thinking of the Hemingway box set from Fox. The Macomber Affair (which isn't a Fox film) was not part of that set. The set consisted of Adventures Of A Young Man, Snows Of Kiliminajro, The Sun Also Rises, Under My Skin and A Farewell To Arms (1957).
btw, in that shipment I also got Eve Of St. Mark (1944) and Red Sundown (1956), both looking quite good.

It's very unfortunate, but in Spain there are several companies that sell dvds in appalling conditions: Regasa is one of them. It's preferable to avoid buying any film marketed by this company because they are usually very poor.
