Wal-Mart had an advertisement by the front door which stated that any Disney blu-ray priced $12.99 and above would be $10 off with the purchase of any John Carter Blu-ray combo pack when it is released. Same deal I think at Toys are us.

Amazon finally matched BBY at 24.99.

The Disney Store doesn't appear to have any special pre-order deal on John Carter ($24.99 for the 2-disc and $32.99 for the 4-disc), but they are already offering a pre-order deal on Cinderella, which doesn't come out until October! The price is $24.99 and you get a lithograph set and the usual $10/ $20 coupon toward a future purchase. I suppose there's a decent chance of a DMR coupon on that closer to the release date.
Apparently, Best Buy also has a store-exclusive bonus disc with the John Carter 4-disc edition, but of course there's no indication yet of what's on it. If anyone finds out, please post.

It looks like Amazon has dropped the price to $22.99!

Amazon has dropped the price of Act of Valor to $19.99.

The Disney $10 off deal at Walmart seems to be delivered via a check of some sort inside the "John Carter" package. So I don't think you can get the $10 discount off another Disney title within the same purchase.
Walmart also seems to be selling four different variations of "Act of Valor." Not sure if this is the same at other retailers (prices approximate from memory, and may vary depending on local retail competition):

Just got home from Best Buy where I saw several things of interest that are on sale. If you're in the store (I'd guess online, too, but for some reason I hardly ever deal with BB online -- I like what little in-store experience we have left), pay attention to the displays touted as Father's Day ideas.

For instance, I picked up The Magnificent Seven Collection for $20 which they have priced normally at $55. And Twelve O'Clock High - their regular price $25, sale price $8. (Both on Blu-ray.)

They also have a display rack of various Blu-ray digibooks (Malcolm X, Unforgiven, Clockwork Orange, The Color Purple, and more) for $15 each, normally priced at $30 or higher.

Swung by Target for John Carter 3D. Shock of shocks, they were out. I need to print the ad and then go to BB for the price match and get the coupon applied, I guess.

Best Buy will price-match Target?
