Why-oh-why are so many new blu-ray releases coming without one or the other? Who would we write to in order to suggest/complain?
We've rejected purchasing many blu-rays simply because they don't have either CC or sub-titles. A couple of them had "cc/st" in the laser disk version, but not the reg. ol' dvd. Others had "cc/st" in the laser and dvd, but not the blu-ray. They all have CC when they hit the TV screen. I don't get it. It's annoying for those of us who need one or the other.
Makes hubby and I both want to bang our heads, but that would hurt. HA!
