Here in the UK, independent label Network is releasing this 1960's science fiction rarity in June.
Undermind is an unusual piece of television - it's kind of like The Invaders in that it features an alien invasion that relies more on subversion from within than overt armies or fleets of spaceships. More so, since the alien presence is never actually seen (or explained). Mysterious radio signals from space control the minds of leading figures (teachers, vicars, members of the "establishment") who in turn aim for the collapse of Britain from within, leading it ripe for invasion.
Eleven episodes, fifty minutes each. Three discs, price around £22.
