How do you connect Denon AVR 3312 CI to a wi fi network?

I have a Denon AVR 3312 CI and it has a port for connecting to the internet for set up and control. Only problem is my router is upstairs and my receiver is downstairs. I have WiFi but do they make some kind of wireless adapter for being able to get the receiver online like xbox did for their older systems? The receiver is supposed to be a smart receiver that is internet friendly, I just can't run a 50 foot cable from upstairs to downstairs, does anyone have any ideas? I thought the AVR 3312 would have a built in WiFi but it does not and Denon had no solutions except run a long cable.

There are devices by companies such as Netgear, which connect to your wi-fi network, and then give you ethernet outputs. Some give you a single ethernet, others look more like a router, and have 4 ethernet jacks on the back, giving you the ability to also use it to connect other devices. The Netgear device with 4 outputs is badged as a Range Extender.
