Technical Question on cables

I have a wire hanging out with no end, and I need to make one to connect to the subwoofer.

From my understanding, this is a RG6 cable and I need to put a male RCA end to it.

So I went onto Monoprice and found this

Researching upon tutorial, I found out that two wires need to be soldered to the RCA plug but as you can see in my picture, my cable only has one wire.

I am clueless at this point and any help would be great. (even better if you can find a tutorial on Youtube for me)

The foil wrap around the inside copper wire is the other connection.
