Building a new house with media room

Right now our plan has the media room at 11x20. What width would be best for the 20' length? There will be 2 rows of seating with a small bar at the back to put the a/v equipment under. Almost sounds like the room isn't long enough? For 11' wide I am limited to just 3 seats across?

Equipment I currently have
Denon 3312
Epson 8350
Klipsch Rf3 fronts, rc3,rs3
SVS pb2+
APC s10 battery backup
Toshiba hd dvd
Xbox 360
