TV PROBLEM

When my tv isf irst powered on there
is a multicoloured line down the right side of the TV screen. This disappears
after about 15 minutes (once its warm its a Toshiba Regza 40XF355DB 40" 1080p HD LCD Television

does it disappear when you change channels?

no it only does it everytime tv is turned on happens for about 15 minutes

Does it do it on all inputs? (tuner/hdmi/composite/etc)
Does it cover/affect menu items or the menu overlay?

Yeah it only happens when switching tv off then back on from cold stays with thin line for about 15 minutes the all is ok changing chanels etc. until next turn on
