Opinions on whether this is worth $153 if I already own the Definitive Edition on DVD? I've always been ten satisfied with it.

That DVD set was one of the crown jewels of my collection.  Then along came the BLU.  One look at that, followed by one look back at the DVD, and I knew I'd never look at the DVD again.  Ever.  It's that phenomenal.  

 

$153 is way less than I spent on the five DVD sets.  This is an incredible deal.
