Not just an app where I select buttons, scroll bars, etc to apply effects. I'd like when that would let me use a pen or stylus to draw directly on the screen. Crayola has an app and stylus that allows you to do "coloring book" type stuff. I want one that would allow me to apply effects with a stylus.
