Sent mine out on Thursday. Looking forward to using my $10 gift certificate for a shirt to wear to work. Can't wait for the questions, "What's the Criterion Collection?"

My email with the certificate code came some days after I received the replacement disc - but the code was invalid! Have emailed and am waiting for a reply.
Bleddyn,

Regards,
Well, I heard back from Criterion - and its my mistake! I put the gift certificate code into the PROMOTIONAL CODE area, rather than the right area later. The code does work. D'oh!!!
