Changing titles?

It used to be that I could change the name of a thread I started. I don't see that now. If the privilege has been revoked, could someone change my thread in Movies to Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel" ?

I left the quotation marks off because they tend to screw up searches.  Hope that's okay.

That's fine. Thanks for the hand. Is changing titles gone, or is it because the thread is old (I did change it not long ago, though)? It's a pretty rare privilege to give users, but it was kind of nice here and there.
