Safari keeps thinking it's downloading

I haven't worked on a mac for a while now so if this is a long known issue I'm sorry. Whenever I browse a page using Safari, the download window keeps popping up

With Lion, Flash is not installed by default in Safari. Visiting some pages will automatically download one two or three files with random names with the same ending, like:

T3wl1sVxFEQ&showsearch=0
kyLOT21N0eY&showsearch=0

You can see them in the Downloads folder. They are all "Macromedia Flash data (compressed), version 8" (using the file utility).

That's what I see.
