Can't send a PM

I'm trying to reply to a message from Rajanis, but every time I compose a message and press send I get an error message saying I've used up my allotment of 2 PM's for the day. This isn't the case as I can't send any!

Anyone? Three days have gone past. I still can't send PM's due to this error - is anyone out there?

Hello Andy,

 

Welcome to the forum.

A new member cannot send PMs. It's an unfortunate measure we had to take for (I'm afraid) obvious reasons.

 

The number "2" shown in the messages you're receiving is in error in that respect, and I will have aq look at it. (Won't be fixed too quickly, though.)

I'm stuck then. I've just won a competition on this forum and have been sent a PM asking me to reply to claim the prize. However I cannot reply, so it looks like I can't claim the prize. Ho Hum confused.gif
