Fox Home Entertainment won't honor the digital copies of their BluRays?

I bought Mr. Fox (from FHE) via Amazon this week and just tried to redeem my digital copy.  It should be valid for ANOTHER WHOLE YEAR.  Fox won't honor it and they are pointing the finger at Apple.  I DONT CARE WHOSE FAULT IT IS, figure it out!

Same thing happened to me. I just got FFMF at Target for 10 bucks. I contacted Fox and they told me that there is an issue with iTunes having the wrong expiration date in their database. They are working with iTunes to get it corrected. They said I could either redeem my digital copy using Windows media player or else wait for iTunes to fix the problem and they would email me when the fix is in.

Do you have contact info where I can get on that email list for when it's ready?

I went to the foxdigitalcopy.com website where I found this email address: foxdigitalcopy@orderassistance.com which is how I got an answer and was told I'd be notified when the problem is fixed.

I bought Fantastic Mr. Fox recently but aren't going to use the digital copy- wish they'd included an analog copy instead ;)

That website is a bag of hurt.  Is it me or does that dopey email address look like its a phishing scam?
