What is d.d.s.s. Multi Channel on a Blu-ray simple means your player is set to out put PCM. If you set the digital out put on the Blu-ray to Bitstream you will see DolbyHD or DTS Master depending on the blu-ray movie. You will not hear any sound difference between the two setting, PCM is the player doing the decoding and Bitstream allows the receiver to do the decoding. With normal DVD you will see Dolby D with Bitstream. Nice rig by the way.

as you suggested. I changed the setting's on the blura player from pcm to bitstream. And now the receiver properly display's DolbyHD ,DolbyDigital plus, DTS HD Master and so on depending on the blu-ray movie as you stated. Thank you. I really appreciate your help.

btw thanks for the complement about my rig

Note that in order to listen to some special features, the special audio must be mixed into the standard soundtrack by the player. This will require yo to switch the player back to PCM, because the mixing can only be done on PCM.
