I'm still discovering how this site works so bear with me.
Recently I started to add the various titles in my DVD library to the My Albums section of my profile. Most of the time after I type in the name of a film the text entry box that appears has a thumbnail image of the DVD cover art. But sometimes it doesn't.
Other times I type in a title and nothing comes up but I have discovered the manual entry control that allows me to add that title to my list (and I assume make it part of the site's list so other users can then type it in and have it appear). But on those manual entries there is never a thumbnail image showing.
Now when I review the My Albums list most have thumbnail images, some don't. There's even one in there that has a question make image.
Since I own the films I could scan the cover art and submit that image. So I searched the FAQ to see how this could be done. There doesn't seem to be anything addressing this issue.
Is it possible for a subscriber to do a manual entry of a title and also submit an image?
