Dan vs.

Am I the only one watching this new cartoon on the Hub?  Probably.  It's got some great lead voice actors--Curtis Armstrong, Dave Foley, Paget Brewster.  Mark Hamill guested as one of Dan's opponents in the third episode!  The show is really wacky and zany, but it's got a nice, traditional, professional look to it, unlike half the hideous post-Ren and Stimpy cartoons on CN and Nick.  I didn't much care for the pilot ("Dan vs. New Mexico"), since I didn't realize going in how "anything goes" it was going to be, but I'm still laughing thinking about the second episode ("Dan vs. the Wolf-Man") and the next two were good as well.  Saturdays now (was Fridays), but being the Hub, it runs all the time during the week.

That's not the version of the teaser ad I was hoping for, but it's all they uploaded.

Try the Wolfman and maybe the Dentist.  They may still not win you over, but I still laugh about the ending of Wolfman.

My kids thought Dan Vs. The Ninja was pretty funny.

Yeah, that was pretty good.  The cookie ninjas.  I didn't much care for last night's, though.

I wish they'd keep Dan's growing closer to Elise, but the next on suggests they won't.  The truth is, she has always been much more suited to the role of partner in crime than Chris.  She's smart, has a past/current spy/action background, and seems to share a lot of the same dislikes and love of revenge as Dan.

The ghost of GW yelling, "Daaaaaaaaaaan!" was great.

Dan Vs. Technology had me in stitches; everything about the whole episode got me.   Loved how they keep the Elise-as-a-Ninja storyline ;)

I loved the Dave Foley/Kevin McDonald reunion.

"I once played with Frank Sinatra.  The clown, not the singer."

. . .

"Hey!  Watch out, Sinatra!"

Dan Vs. "The Banks" was one of the better ones in a while.. "I demand you return your fees to pre-ridiculous levels!"

:)
