There were a few behind the scenes bug fixes and tweaks as well as some user facing bug fixes.  There were also some user requested enhancements.  Here are the "big" ones:

  • The links in notification emails will now take you to the first unread post in a thread
  • Line breaks are now being processed properly on iPhones and iPads

Here are some of the other tweaks and fixes:

  • Line breaks in text emails (like feedback emails) are now processed properly.
  • The smiley selection box will now expand its size properly in IE7
  • Image counts on product pages and galleries should be counted correctly.  If a count is not correct, you should be able to fix it by moving an image out of then back in to the gallery.
  • The Java uploader in the gallery will only be loaded when a user clicks to load it.
  • On forum index pages, the number of people viewing a forum also includes all users viewing a child forum.
  • When editing a subscription, the "Site only" preference now shows "Site only (no email)" to describe the function better.
  • Popup PM notifications now properly take you to your PM inbox.
  • The "Lock" icon now shows properly for locked wikis on wiki lists.

Will test the iPad stuff in the AM, burnt now.  Are iPad PMs supposed to be working now too?

Not sure what the problem was with iPad PMs.  If it involved line breaks and the editor then problably.  Check both in the AM.  If PMs are still an issue give me the details so I can make sure its ticketed.

The quoting is absolutely NOT fixed on Mac Safari.  Havent tested iPad yet.

What about the line break issue?

Dunno, first thing I tried was a regular quote and that was broken so I stopped there...

That wasn't something that was fixed in this release.  The line break has been an issue you reported.  Can you check that?

Nope, not fixed. Still a mess.
