Need HELP Please!! HT with in-wall / in ceiling suggestion!!

 Hi everyone here!!  I am very new here~  Super Newbie on HT... 

Let me explain my background of AV~!!
All I know about is one amp with 5 speaker hooking up together for 5.1 Home Theatre system...
That's all... Hahahaha~  

Since I need to do a construction in a new apartment soon, I want to plan my Home Theatre.

Living Room Size : Width 220cm (200cm is the projector screen) & Length 307cm ( from projector to sofa )

My planning is...
Speaker (FL & FR) : Definitive Technology in-wall UIW RLS III x 2 (Any other suggestion? or get the B&W?)

Amp : Any suggestion ( All in one better or separate the front + back? )

Projector : Epson TW-4500, but it can wait until August~!!  I am afraid it will come out a 3D projector one~@@
Projector screen : Width 200 cm ( 16:9 )

My mainly used - 80% movie + 20% Music...
( Of cuz, I want a surround sound + THX or Dolby sound, also pure sound would be great, but I know it's hard because the equipments are suck~!! )

I would not put a speaker in a ceiling under any circumstances.  Rear/surround speakers should be mounted just above ear-level from the primary seating position, not high above the room.  No theater uses ceiling speakers, and there's a reason for that.  Who does use in-ceiling speakers?  Warehouses, airports supermarket and other places with crappy public address systems that are only secondarily used for (bad) music.  Which are you trying to replicate in your home?
