Switch boxes!

I have 9 video game consoles and a cable box that I am running off of two switch boxes. The switch boxes only have 4 ports so two of my consoles have to be plugged into the tv.( sony bravia) The switch boxes are pluged into my 2 ch. dvd player. I cant find a switch box with enough ports and the recievers that are big enough are way too $$$$$$$. If anyone has an idea of a better way to hook all this up, that would be great.
( two of the consoles have hdmi cables)

I'd buy a receiver anyway. You can get one that doesn't suck for $200.
