The new season starts on Wednesday the 17th.

Brilliant episode tonight.  The sex addiction meeting with all the celebs was great.

Poor Kenny.

And the tradition of brilliant season openers continues.  I bet they don't top this the rest of this season.

I love that they're playing Obama as a crazy conspiracy theorist. The irony is delicious. Also enjoyed seeing Bill Clinton pop up again, who they've done a great job of aging horribly.
That wasn't a crazy conspiracy theory -- that was an actual conspiracy!  :)
Just because a crazy conspiracy theory turns out to be true doesn't make it any less crazy.
But he was in on it, so it wasn't a "theory" at all.  :)

I laughed out loud when he said "What the fuck are you talking about?" when Kyle suggested that they take responsibility for their own actions.

"We have a turd in the punch bowl."  What a great episode to start this season off!

OMG! the monkey scene was hilarious!

The whole thing with Butters was just unbelievably funny....classic South Park episode.

You mean BUMMERS.  I was laughing when he was called that.

This ranks as one of the all-time best South Park episodes.
I agree the bit with the monkeys was a side-splitter. Loved
the female monkey in curlers with the rolling pin going after
the cheating monkey -- and of course the apology on his own
talk show.

Guess I'll be the odd man out but I didn't find it all that funny. It wasn't horrible, but it just had such a "been there, done that" feel to it. Tiger Wood's Golf 2011 was funny, but late to the party. I played a flash version of that joke right after the Woods scandal broke months ago. The whole monkey sequence was great, and anything with Butters is gold. Overall, just a ho-hum start to the season. Glad it's back though!

Gotta love Butter's infatuation with the bush.  Loved how
he was in the back of the group meeting trimming it.

You're not the only one. I was very underwhelmed by the episode and only laughed a couple of times. Certainly don't think it's one of the all-time best episodes of the show, but that's just me.

Watched it again last night at Southparkstudios.com. I noticed that there aren't any female vocies at all during the whole show. Whenever there was a woman in a scene the men always went off on how they couldn't understand why anyone would "want" to have sex with a whole lot of women and every time they did thier eyes would drift over to the women and then back again. It happened like 7-8 times during the show.

Classic.

What about Elin's "voice" in the episode (via the videogame)?

Heh, yeah I guess your right. Forgot about that.

I haven't laughed that hard at a South Park episode for quite some time.  And the "Scrotucoat" was completely unexpected! LOL!

Me neither. That was so insane I couldn't believe what I was watching.....then I remembered it was South Park.

And yes, the scrotum coat was the cherry on top of the sundae.

Funny episode. I can't believe that I'm saying this but the animation on the guys jumping on their balls was almost too good looking for South Park.
Overall, it wasn't bad, but still not as good as the premiere episode.  I saw the ball-hopping coming from a mile away, but the music they used with it had me in hysterics.

I liked it a lot better than last week's "Catcher in the Rye" episode, which was clever but suffered from a dramatic overabundance of vomiting.

just be glad you weren't eating dinner while watching like i was. made the episode 10 times worse.

Loved the Tron tie-in in tonight's episode.

The Tron stuff not withstanding, Stan's Facebook experience was eerily similar to my own.
The facebook experience was HILARIOUS
Other than the Tron stuff, this episode was thoroughly blah for me.  It felt like they decided to pick on Facebook, went with their usual formula of everybody in town becoming obsessed with some new element of pop culture, and then ran out of creative steam.

Even though the episode wasn't laugh out loud funny like last week's, I did enjoy it mainly because I feel the same way about Facebook as Stan.
