Bluetooth Mouse Woes

Thread Starter
I recently purchased a Laptop with Windows 7 64-bit but it does not have built-in Bluetooth. I had a small mini-dongle (no wise-cracks) laying around (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.11866#forum) that I tried to use and W7 had the drivers but I couldn't get the mouse to work with it. It is a Logitech V470 that came with no dongle and made for BT-equipped computers. I tried to load and use Logitech's Setpoint 6.0 which is supposedly ready for W7 but still no joy.

I really like the idea of a small (mini) BT dongle packaged with a BT mouse for use on a laptop but I can't seem to find such a combo that is also W7 ready. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Here is a list of Bluetooth adapters for Windows 7 from Windows.

It may be that you need to purchase a new dongle.
