AVR7550HD Not Working!

I got a Harman Kardon AVR7550HD about 3 months ago in December, i set it up and everything and it worked fine all this time, but today when i get home from work, its just stopped working. I was using it to play xbox, and then when I changed it to tv, the sounds stopped working, so i turned it off, and then when i turned it back on, it just stopped doing anything, no video or audio, it wont even let you push any buttons to change it or lower or raise the volume. I have no idea what could be wrong with it, if someone could please help!

First, un-plug it from the outlet for about 10-20 minutes. I that doesn't work then try a "Factory Reset". The procedure should be in the manual. You would lose all of your settings but it might start working again. If not then if it's still under warranty so give H/K a call/e-mail.

Well I tried unplugging it and still nothing, i did the reset, and still nothing... it still is under warranty so i guess i have nothing left but to shoot them a call.....
