Interesting home theater system in progress. What speakers should I use for rears and center?

I am a bit new to HT.  This is the first front projector that I have owned.  I could use some advice.

Here is my home theater system:

Gilmore Audio Model 2 speakers (left and right)
Sony DA5300ES Receiver
Gilmore Audio Raptor mono-block amplifiers (left and right)
De-Lite 100" diagonal high power pull up screen
Panasonic PTAE-3000 front projector
Morrow Audio Series 4 interconnects and speaker cables
EMM Labs DCC2 digital preamp/DAC (used for 2 channel listening)
Computer music server that I built
Empirical Audio Off Ramp Turbo-2 digital reclocker
Obligatory PS3

All the signals from video are down mixed to 2 channel audio as I have yet to get a center channel or rears.

So any suggestions on what speakers that I should use for rears and a center channel???

Cool pictures of this gear (some of it is fairly esoteric) can be found at:

Ideally, you want all the speakers timbre matched. Does Gilmore make center or surround speakers?

Jim is right..........ideally they should match. Especially the front three. The rears aren't as critical. I was looking at the Gilmore site. Expensive speakers! Doesn't look like they make a center channel speaker. What I'd try, and see how well it works for you, is to get a pair of speakers for the surrounds. Then, in the receiver's setup menus, turn off the center channel. This will cause the fronts to create a "Phantom" center. Not as good as an actual center, but at least it will be timbre matched. This may work very well for you.

Another option would be to use the Gilmores strictly for 2 ch. music listening, and buy a 5.1/7.1 set of speakers, including a subwoofer, and use for your movies. That way, they'll match as they should, and you'll have a subwoofer for the good stuff.
Good luck with whatever you decide.
