As noted, emails are working fine. Generally, if the threads aren't updating, the emails aren't working either. The two go hand-in-hand. (And I just got logged out while posting this.)

Best I can see it looks like the messages are showing up in the feed, but they aren't sorting by timestamp.  I have taken some screenshots and opened up a ticket.

The issue was the magnitude of the image migration.  The increased load on the server caused the updating of the activity feed to slow down, but not stop.  The feed should be updating more accurately now.  The image migration is still underway but should be complete soon.

Confirmed. I just added this thread to my subscriptions, but it isn't appearing in my listing.
