*** Official DAYBREAKERS Review Thread

Just saw it.  It was ok.  Had a cool premise.  I like the idea of a Vampire plague.  One thing that lost me a bit.  Was they don't have reflections in the mirror.  Takes away the idea that a disease could actually do this.

It started off with promise then went downhill once the brother showed up.  It became pretty much predictable.  There was also very little character background.

(I wrote this before seeing Jose's review above - eerily similar reactions)

It starts with a somewhat intriguing premise, but loses much steam in the

2nd act, and this viewer's interest, and the last act is almost laughable

and predictable and a chore to sit through.

I give it 1.75 stars, or a grade of C-.

Cool concept.  Meh execution.

Well, to be blunt:  It sucked.  Horrible and waste of time.  Laughable pretty much summed it up for me.  The way you can reverse the "plague" killed it for me.
