Death Race 2000 on Blu will be cool. 

I wonder if they considered putting Deathsport on Blu also and then decided against it when they realised it was just too ridiculous to bother.

Very excited to hear about Starcrash as well.  It's easily my favorite "so bad it's good" title.  Perfect for a group setting.  Looking foward to once again watching galactic emperor Christopher Plummer utter the immortal edict, "Halt the flow of time!"

Can't believe I took Starcrash seriously as a kid :-) I enjoyed it just as much as Star Wars! An "impressionable age" to be sure....

Oh hell yes! These discs could come without menus and chapter break, and I'll still be all over these like stink on shit.

Judging by the new Death Race 2000 press release, it looks like Battle Beyond the Stars will indeed be getting a Blu Ray release!
