Christmas Gift Advice Thread

I need some tips on Christmas gifts...and I'm bet I'm not alone. Perhaps we can help each other.

My sister wants a bike computer, and I don't know if any is better than another. Any suggestions or shopping tips. Price range is < $100.

Bike computers are only about $30-50.  I'm looking at a $50 one on Amazon... the only thing it has that my $30 model doesn't is it's backlit, and displays max speed.  They all work the same - you attach a little magnet to your wheel spoke, a little receiver to the fork, then tell the computer how big your wheel is.  As the magnet goes around the computer calculates speed, etc.  Just go to your nearest bike shop, they should have a number of them available.

Will do. And my sister confirmed she doesn't want a cadence meter, which simplifies my search.
