No news today at tvshowsondvd.com?

We must really have hit an all-time low in tv-on-dvd news. I don't think I've ever seen a day with no news on tvshowsondvd.com. Maybe it's an end of year lull.

It does happen from time to time, when not much new news is posted on TVShowsOnDVD. I'm anticipating news for the next sets for Hawaii Five-O (Season 8 front cover artwork), Hotel (Season 2) and Simon & Simon (Season 4).

Maybe Gord and Dave are taking it easy with some R&R today...well deserved.

It has been awfully SLOW these days. ( A sign of the times perhaps?) I remember when we'd see the first news around 10:00 AM, nowadays it isn't uncommon to hear nothing until at least 3 to 5:00 PM.

No question, I agree.  It's just not the same TV/DVD mkt that it was a couple of years ago...not even as good as this time last year.

Hope Gord & Dave are out fishing today :)

The review section from Gord is extremely lacking these past few months.

I noticed that too. It may be because they are not receiving advance copies much anymore. Just a guess. I have a feeling studios are not being as active in that department but I could be wrong. They would know better than I.

Well, if they want us to get excited about buying their products, they ought to be out there promoting them. That's what you learn in your first day of a high school marketing class. Seems the people working at these studios didn't attend--

It's typically a slow news week with limited staffs at most offices.

I have been getting their news via facebook this week though, even today....

That's for sure. One studio comes to mind...Sony.
