Okay, here is the deal. I contacted Sony regarding my BDVIS1000 system. I am unable to hear anything out of the S-Air speaker when I play Blu-Ray discs or listen to the radio. However, I can hear out of them when in the TV function.
Sony had me upgrade the firmware in the receiver to 10 and the sound is actually better when watching TV now. I still do not hear anything out of these speakers though when watching DVDs or listening to radio even after putting everything back to the factory default.
Sony is telling me that I have to send the system in for service but I don't believe that this will fix the problem.
Does anyone know of any setting changes that I can make to have this work? I already tried setting everything to Pro Logic.
