I just moved into my new house and was installing my Denon AVR 3300. The receiver has been my workhouse the last 9 years and hasn't had a single problem. I was testing some speakers (only power, a component cable, and 1 speaker wire was connected) when I saw a spark.
The unit will not turn on now, when plugged back in, it clicks 10 or so times and doesn't do anything. I checked the 4 internal fuses that I found and all were ok. Is this a power transformer issue? I'm assuming I accidentally shorted the speaker wires somehow.
