What is the name of this film, and is it on DVD yet?

There was a film released, I believe, this past year, having to do with illegal immigrants crossing over from Mexico, similar in theme to El Norte. It had great reviews, and the one photo I recall seeing from it has a family riding on the top of a train to escape detection. I think it is a Spanish-language release.Can someone identify this for me, please?

SIN NOMBRE was released Sept. 1 on DVD.

And enthusiastically reviewed on Aug. 27 at HTF.

Though it's in Spanish, it was written and directed by an American and released by Focus Features (a division of Universal).
