If you're like me, and regularily check the DVD reviews on Amazon, I'm sure you've noticed the same comments turning up over and over again. The following are my three least favorites:
1) I'd give this film NO stars if Amazon let me.
2) It's been put in the garbage, WHERE IT BELONGS!!!
3) Like, DUDE!!
Any more anyone would care to add?

I hate it when spoilers for books and movies are posted in reviews. Every time I come across one I report it to Amazon and it's usually deleted within a couple days.
And reviews from people who have not experienced the product. This goes both ways. Like giving your fav band's new album 5 stars then saying "This will be a great album", or saying the band sucks and giving a low rating.

What really bugs me is when there are a thousand reviews for a blu-ray, but 990 of them are for the DVD.

Merging reviews causes other problems as well. When a CD gets a new release and you want to check the reviews to know if it's worth upgrading, you often have to wade through reviews for the previous release. Sometimes you can't be sure which release the review is attached to.
Johnny, was your old Creature avatar also a carved pumpkin? For some reason, I always thought it looked like a turkey wrapped in the most elaborate foil ever. I know that's a weird thing to have seen in it. . . .

Yes it was a carved pumpkin. Coincidently I am doing the Creature from the Black Lagoon again this year. This time I've carved the movie poster (which the avatar was) on a giant pumpkin. I think it's going to look great. BTW, the current avatar is me on a pumpkin.

Just want to make clear that it looked cool and is even more so now that I know it was carved on a pumpkin. I hope you'll post a full picture of it when you're done.

I like to look at the Amazon reviews on comic book trade paperbacks. Some are intelligently written but you can usually find funny ones that range from "This guy used to be good but he sold out and sucks now!!!" (which may or may not be true) all the way to that guys that seem to find a liberal agenda in everything ("Scrooge McDuck promotes Socialism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!").
