Thoughts on this projector

I was looking around for a projector and happened on someone selling a used one for a more then decent price, at this time all I know is that it works, no clue on the bulb hours or anything. I am thinking that might be overkill for a home theater because that looks to be a movie theater projector but for the price it was offered to me I figured I would ask here

Nevermind, I had to set the person straight, they didnt know what they were selling and only wanted $300 bucks for it.
damn my honesty :(

Is it still available?  I'll give 'em $350 for it.   :)  

At that price, I would wonder if it was obtained legally.....
